Job summary
Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a CVD equipment technician to perform PM recovery, maintenance, and tool fault recovery. You will monitor tool performance, document interruptions, and coordinate with the Process team to ensure correct disposition and timing.
The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor equipment maintenance, AMAT tool experience, and strong SOP adherence, with a Monday-Saturday night shift schedule and on-site work at Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting AMAT equipment.
- High volume fabrication experience required.
- Expertise with AMAT robots highly preferred.
- Experience with LFM setup on AMAT tools preferred.
- Must be able to follow SOP.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP.
- Troubleshooting equipment failures.
- Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals.
- Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Correct and generate SOPs when required.
