City of Little Rock is seeking a qualified individual to set up and tear down configurations for events at the Statehouse Convention Center and Robinson Center. This role covers exhibit halls, ballroom and meeting spaces, ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate has a degree in business-related fields and 3–5 years in parking administration or revenue management, plus 2 years of supervisory experience. A valid Arkansas driver’s license and availability for evenings/weekends are required.
To perform the set up and tear down of various configurations for events in exhibit halls, ballroom and meeting rooms at the Statehouse Convention Center and Robinson Center.
This is a Safety-Sensitive Job for Purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment.
This position is considered Essential Personnel under the LRCVB Inclement Weather policy.

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, hospitality management, public administration, management, transportation, or a related field; three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in parking administration, parking operations, revenue management, or a related area; and two (2) years of supervisory experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
