Job summary

A healthcare organization in Texas seeks a skilled Cardiovascular Technician to perform hemodynamic monitoring, assist in cardiac procedures, and ensure equipment maintenance. Candidates should be graduates of an approved cardiovascular technology program with a minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional Cath Lab or Electrophysiology. Summary

Under the supervision of an RN, performs hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature as well as assists the physician during all procedures. Works with patients from adolescents to geriatrics. In addition trains Cardiovascular Technicians and other Cath Lab personnel. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period.

Education
