Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurse (RN) CV Specialist. The role focuses on delivering specialized nursing care in a Cardiac Cath Lab and invasive radiology setting, with responsibilities spanning patient assessment, monitoring, and life-saving interventions.

Candidates should have 3+ years in cardiac/critical care, Oklahoma RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU).
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Respond to life threatening situation with appropriate interventions.
• Practice in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment including cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, and mechanical ventilation.
• Organize patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.

Utilize knowledge base of nursing education and experience in order to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
