Essential Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Performs various diagnostic cardiology or peripheral vascular exams.
2. Ensures high-quality diagnostic cardiac and/or vascular imaging procedures.
3. Maintains accurate documentation of results and reports to physicians as directed.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiology Technology program, or a graduate of a post-secondary allied health profession program.

Licenses & Certifications:

• BLS required upon hire. Please refer to policy “Licensed, Certified, and Registered Employees” for acceptable Life Support cards.
• ARDMS Board Certification.
• ARDMS Board Certified in ABD and OB within six months of hire.
• ARDMS Board Certified as RVT within one year of hire.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Understands methods and is capable of performing venipunctures as required for the position.
• Demonstrated ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities, while providing accurate deliverables in a timely fashion.
• Must be self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects/assignments.
• Must be a team player with excellent follow-up and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.
• Interpersonal skills in dealing with guests and team members.
