Job summary

Health First in Melbourne, FL seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Technologist I to deliver direct and indirect patient care during interventional procedures. You will prepare patients, assist physicians, monitor vital data, and maintain aseptic technique in a fast-paced interventional lab.

Qualifications

• Education requirements as listed: multiple program options and certifications.
• Licensure and certifications per role types (RT, RRT, EMT-P, CST)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS within specified timeframes
• Strong knowledge of ECG, anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Ability to work in Interventional Lab and Circulating roles
• Willingness to be on-call within tight windows

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist in diagnostic/interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and patient safety.
• Prepare patients and equipment; anticipate physician needs.
• Monitor patient data and document during procedures.
• Ensure proper charging and inventory in hospital systems.
• Communicate telemetry/ECG changes to the team.
