Job summary

Health First in Melbourne, FL seeks an Electrophysiology Invasive Technologist Specialist to provide procedural support in the EP lab and related areas. You will assist physicians, prepare sterile setups, monitor patients, and document findings to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across departments, manage equipment, and respond to emergencies with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in a relevant clinical field may be required.
• Experience in EP lab or related cath/interventional areas preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications or ability to obtain within specified timeline.
• Ability to perform aseptic technique and patient monitoring during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians to enhance hemodynamic and angiographic techniques.
• Sets up and monitors EP recording systems and documents procedure data.
• Supports mapping, stimulation, and catheter insertions as required.
• Maintains aseptic prep and a safe lab environment.
• Executes radiation safety practices and handles equipment malfunctions.
