Berkshire Production Supply LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Cutting Tool Specialist to support the sales team across cutting tool lines. The role focuses on identifying emerging technologies and aligning them with the current product offering.

You will evaluate new tech fit, expand product lines, and develop strategic plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires familiarity with cutting tools and industrial products, plus ability to work in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience in cutting tool industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Background in industrial products (cutting tools, abrasives, etc.).
• Able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
• Track record of managing a category across divisions/companies.
• Deep knowledge of pricing methodologies and relevant competitive markets.

• Provide technical support to sales associates regarding cutting tools.
• Searches for emerging technologies in the cutting tool industry that will enhance the XX product offering.
• Determine new technology fit with existing product line.
• Look for opportunities to expand product offerings.
