About the Role

We are seeking a Cutting Tool Specialist responsible for providing technical support to the sales team across all cutting‑tool product lines and for identifying and evaluating emerging technologies that will enhance our product offering.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales associates regarding cutting tools.
• Search for emerging technologies in the cutting‑tool industry that will enhance the product offerings.
• Determine fit of new technology with existing product line.
• Identify opportunities to expand product offerings.
• Develop strategic product plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Experience in the cutting‑tool industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Background in industrial products (cutting tools, abrasives, etc.).
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to achieve company goals.
• Track record of managing a category across divisions or companies.
• Deep knowledge of pricing methodologies and relevant competitive markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
