Job summary

Lippert is seeking a production associate to operate CAD cutting and sewing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role involves laying out jobs for efficient fabric usage, sewing patterns, stuffing, cutting materials, and precise assembly tasks.

Candidates should have CAD cutting experience and basic math skills, with manufacturing experience preferred. The position is full-time with standard production hours, and no travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a cutting CAD machine.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Operate Gerber cutting machine (CAD cutting table) and lay out each job to optimize fabric use and cut accurately.
• Operate a sewing machine with patterns requiring multiple techniques and additions (e.g., zipper or welt).
• Work manually or with a stuffing machine based on SKUs.
• Cut material and perform related operations.
• Install buttons and ensure proper labeling and packing techniques.
• Label and pack products properly and inspect during breakdown.
• Perform counting and inspection of products during the breakdown process.
