Graphic Packaging International in Newton, IA, is seeking a Die Cutting Operator to support the Die Cutting Manager and drive KPI improvements through efficient production and strong safety practices.
You will make-ready and run die-cut jobs, inspect dies, adjust for quality, communicate across shifts, and maintain equipment while recording metrics in SAP. The role requires color discrimination, mechanical aptitude, and overtime flexibility.

The Die Cutting Operator supports the Die Cutting Manager in providing support, direction, and training to achieve KPI improvements through driving operational performance. Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

PAY RANGE: $25.61 - $37.96
Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs)/Sanitation policies and procedures. Employees must continually work to promote orderliness and cleanliness of their work area in support of SQF/5S and other company standards.
