Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all spreads through the cutting machine efficiently.
• Scan markers into the computer and interpret marker info.
• Offload cut parts from the conveyor.

Job description

Reports To: Cutting Lead

Direct Reports: None

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: Process all spreads though the cutting machine and offload all cut parts in a timely manner

Essential Job Functions:

• Be able to run the cutting equipment as outlined on cutting department work instruction
• Be able to scan markers into the computer and interpret the marker info
• Offload cut parts from conveyor
• Ability to perform PM as outlined in the software
• Multitasking
• Sense of urgency

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Work as a team with your spreader and cut support to provide the required output and quality

• Other duties as assigned

Training: Necessary training will be provided on the job.

Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for duration of day, walk frequently, and turn as needed
