We are a fast-growing custom print, signage, and apparel business based in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. We offer various custom apparel, signage, and offset printing services to our expanding client base. Recently, we added Embroidery to our services, and we are seeking a candidate who can operate Tajima machines and help lead our embroidery practice as it develops.

Responsibilities

1. Operate multiple-head Tajima and Barudan embroidery machines.
2. Perform and prioritize multiple tasks, working independently or with a team.
3. Monitor the embroidery process to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.
4. Assist in creating processes to enhance the customer experience.
5. Engage with clients as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines is highly preferred.
• Experience with Tajima and Barudan machines is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Reliable commuting ability to the Logan Square neighborhood in Chicago.

Additional Information

This role supports our current team and also requires the ability to work independently. The position can be part-time or full-time.

Schedule

• Part-time: Schedule TBD
• Full-time: Monday-Friday, approximately 8 am - 5 pm, with some additional hours as needed. Flexibility on shift hours is possible.
