Job summary

Inland Packaging is seeking a Production Line Operator for the La Crosse, WI area. The position supports label production with a starting wage of $22.00/hour and rotating 12-hour shifts.

You will set up and run a label-cutting machine, ensure product quality, and cross-train in other production roles while contributing to team goals and efficiency.

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

• Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Typical Day in the Role:

The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include:

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
