Job summary

Mayfran International is seeking a Cutoff Supervisor in Mayfield, Ohio to oversee the cutoff department, coordinating saws, presses, lasers and waterjets to meet safety and quality standards. You will plan production, monitor material flow, and drive continuous improvements while leading a team in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to procedures, with opportunities to manage projects, budgets, and staffing in a dynamic production setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; relevant supervisory experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Epicor and MS Office suite for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates Cutoff Department operations including saws, presses, lasers, and waterjet.
• Plan production priorities and sequences to meet schedules.
• Monitor data, reports and adjust material flow to support downstream units.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met; resolve issues promptly.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews; manage budgets and projects.
