Responsibilities include:

1. Coordination of documentation required by US Customs and Government Agencies for import entry.
2. Providing excellent customer service.
3. Correct classification of goods for customs release.
4. Data entry and processing of import documentation for US Customs, including PGA's.
5. Maintaining shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
6. Adhering to international importing and exporting regulations.
7. Collaborating with internal staff, departments, and customers to ensure high service levels.
8. Processing agency brokerage shipments.
9. Handling remote filings as needed.
10. Following all government and organizational policies.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED, data entry experience, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Preferred candidates reside in Springfield, MO 65804, and can work Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6:30pm Central.

Pay range is $14.50 - $23.88 per hour, with a typical starting rate of $15.00. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

This role is remote, with specific location requirements, and involves managing import/export documentation, customer interactions, and compliance with regulations.
