Flexport is seeking a Customs Entry Writer to join our growing Customs team. You will help clients move goods across borders by preparing documentation, classifying items, and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations.

You will work with shippers, clients, and partners to provide timely advice, leverage Flexport technology, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative culture that values integrity and problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Customs Entry Writer.
• Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations, classifications, and rulings.
• Compliance-first mindset with high integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Adapts to new technology and fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities
