Qualifications

1+ year of experience as a Customs Entry Writer.
Familiar with U.S. Customs regulations, classifications and rulings.
Compliance-first mindset with high integrity and regulatory adherence.
Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (a plus).

Responsibilities

Navigate complex customs regulations to ensure compliance with international protocols and legal requirements.
Obtain necessary documents and provide accurate information to CBP for smooth clearance.
Collaborate with international clients and partners to provide timely customs advice and support.
Optimize processes using Flexport technology and provide data-driven recommendations.
Meet internal KPIs for quality and timeliness.
Follow SOPs and propose improvements as needed.
Participate in business reviews and client operational calls.
