Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of ADM's CETC transformation program with strategy, discovery, evaluation, selection, and implementation.
• Act as the primary coordinator for global customs and trade compliance special projects.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps with milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Drive digitization, automation, process definition, and standardization across global imports/exports.
• Oversee the CETC Network of Champions with training, documentation, KPI creation, and rollout planning.
• Develop, maintain, and govern standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with regional managers and stakeholders to identify process improvements and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, IWD to align initiatives.
• Leverage data and technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance globally.

ADM is seeking a highly motivated Customs & Excise Trade Compliance (CETC) Special Projects Lead to drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across our global CETC organization. This role will serve as the central project leader for global customs programs, partnering with regional customs teams and key business stakeholders to enhance operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead initiatives focused on digitization, automation, process standardization, training, and continuous improvement while supporting ADM's long-term trade compliance strategy. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of ADM's global CETC transformation program, including strategy development, discovery, solution evaluation, selection, and implementation
• Serve as the primary coordinator and accountable leader for global customs and trade compliance special projects
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps with measurable milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics aligned with global CETC objectives
• Drive digitization, automation, process definition, and process standardization initiatives across global customs operations
• Oversee the CETC Network of Champions program, including training development, documentation, presentations, KPI creation, and implementation planning
• Develop, maintain, and govern standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with regional customs managers and specialists to identify opportunities for process improvements and future service expansion

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with project management experience preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Import or Export Compliance

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiativesStrong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
