The Customs Entry Writer will provide accurate documentation and record-keeping for data and documents to ensure timely and accurate statuses are provided with timely client billing and invoicing. Responsibilities

• Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Conduct Importer Security Filing.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date.
• Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone.
• Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently.
• Oversee data management for client reports.
• Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 - $75,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
