Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressively responsible customs, import/export, international trade, or logistics experience.
• Active U.S. Customs Broker License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping documents for domestic, international, and drop ship orders.
• Coordinate shipments and requirements between manufacturers, internal departments, and end users.
• Self-manage and prioritize high workload volume with a sense of urgency.
• Serve as subject matter expert for tariff classification, country of origin determinations, customs valuation, broker management, and duty optimization.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and external brokers to facilitate timely clearance and audits.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on customs requirements and changes affecting international shipments.
• Research and maintain HTS classifications for imported products and advise on trade regulations and free trade agreements.
• Provide guidance and training to employees involved in international shipping and customs activities.
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with safety policies.
