Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics support professional to review and process customs paperwork, enter data into the customs system, and ensure documentation meets regulations. You will obtain missing docs by calling clients and verify entries for accuracy, preparing declarations for US Customs and communicating with customers by phone and email.

Requirements include High School diploma or GED, 2 years of heavy data entry, and 2–3 years in freight forwarding or

Qualifications

High School graduate or GED is required.
2 years of heavy data entry experience.
2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry performing customs clearance work or supporting the customs clearance process.

Responsibilities

Reviews invoices, manifests, and other supporting documentation for conformance with Customs regulations and corporate policies.
Data entry of commercial information into Customs operating system.
Obtains necessary or missing documentation by contacting the client when required.
Verifies documentation for entry and rating compliance.
Prepares and submits Customs Declarations/Entries to US Customs.
Provides customer service via telephone and email as required.
Create and submit entry data reports to management and clients.
Other duties as assigned.
