Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs entries and import documentation.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
• Prepare and submit Importer Security Filings (ISF).
• Review shipping documents for compliance with customs regulations.
• Coordinate with importers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and other service providers.
• Monitor import shipments and resolve customs-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and customer documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the import process.
• Stay current on customs regulations, compliance requirements, and industry changes.
