Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience processing Air or Ocean Customs Entries.
• Experience handling entries involving FDA, APHIS LACEY, and CPSC.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and import procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience using CargoWise is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs entries accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all CBP and partner government agency requirements
• Review import documentation and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely clearance of cargo

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience processing Air or Ocean Customs Entries
• Experience handling entries involving a range of OGA's i.e. FDA, APHIS LACEY, and CPSC
• Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and import procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using CargoWise is a strong advantage
