Job summary

DHL Express in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Customs to lead large-scale digitalization initiatives across U.S. import/export operations.

You will coordinate with Operations Digitalization, BIT and other stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget, driving efficiency and improved customer experiences. The role requires a seasoned project leader with strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills to scale customs programs globally and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Network Operations, Customs Operations, BIT for Operations, or comparable environments.
• PMO or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply formal project management methodologies, including scope definition, RAID tracking, milestone planning, governance cadence, and reporting.
• Translate project requirements and stakeholder interests into actionable objectives and tasks.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with prioritization, risk mitigation, and budget adherence.
• Track and report performance outcomes, tool adoption, operational improvements and benefits realization.
