We have an immediate career opportunity for a qualified Customs Clearance Process Improvement & Automation Analyst. This role is responsible for driving excellence, digitalization, and continuous process optimization within DHL’s U.S. Customs Clearance operations. This role serves as a strategic partner between Operations, Customs Clearance, IT, and Digital teams to identify, analyze, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and service performance. The incumbent leverages data analytics, process optimization, automation, and technology enhancements to eliminate operational inefficiencies, reduce manual effort, and strengthen compliance while ensuring uninterrupted cargo clearance activities.
