CTDI, Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a Customs Compliance Analyst to support import/export compliance programs, review transactions, and maintain regulatory documentation. This role requires handling FTZ filings, coordinating with brokers and internal teams, and assisting with audits to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in customs compliance, knowledge of CBP regulations, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customs compliance or global trade compliance.
• Knowledge of CBP regulations and import/export requirements.
• Experience reviewing customs docs, shipment records, and trade transactions.
• Familiarity with HTS classification and country-of-origin requirements.
• Experience with brokers, forwarders, carriers, and government agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review import/export transactions for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain FTZ documentation and filings.
• Collaborate with brokers, forwarders, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment activity and investigate discrepancies.
• Support FTZ, duty savings, and trade preference programs.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and investigations.
• Maintain regulatory records and prepare reports.
