Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience required.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education.
• Working towards CCS designation required or CCS already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement technical skills and knowledge in customs brokerage training.
• Design and develop technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver training to National Service Center staff and regional employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and initiate improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs.
