Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) team.
• US customs brokerage knowledge and licenses preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely processing of US import clearances and tariff research.
• Interface with US Customs and agencies to ensure compliance.
• Advise customers on import regulations, bonding, inspections, and transportation.
• Lead, train, and develop Brokerage Team and manage performance.
• Maintain on-site operations and ensure revenue generation initiatives.
• Communicate goals and updates to staff and customers.
