Strong knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations, ACE/ABI, and ISO frameworks, plus on-site work, are required for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years Brokerage experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Filing of entry summaries and related customs paperwork nationwide.
• Provide HTS to clients, ISF filing, air and ocean import quotes.
• Classify goods and procure necessary documents (invoices, origin certificates).
• Coordinate with customer service for proper documentation and compliance.
• Know the ACE/ABI system and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations and duties.
• Liaise with departments to maintain import operation compliance.
• Prepare documents per company standards and ensure timely freight paperwork.
