Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager in New York to oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure U.S. customs compliance. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with compliance and operations, and drive service excellence.

This role requires 5+ years in U.S. Customs Brokerage, active Customs Broker License, and experience with Cargowise. You will mentor staff and optimize entry processes to support the company's growing global logistics network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.
