Jobot in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations, ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and lead a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with compliance, operations and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service, oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 entry writers.
• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor new hires
• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.
