Jobot in Miami, Florida is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. This role partners with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment, and ensure ACE/ABI filings and proper records. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Position Overview

This role partners closely with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.
• Ensure accurate filing through ACE/ABI and maintain required customs records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
