Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proven experience in customs brokerage operations.
• FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, and import/export processes.
• Proficiency in brokerage software systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations, including entry processing and compliance activities.
• Ensure all entries are accurate, timely, and compliant with CBP regulations and other government agencies.
• Review and approve customs documentation, classifications, and duty calculations.
• Maintain compliance with FTZ regulations, including inventory control and reporting requirements.
• Resolve complex entry issues, discrepancies, and client inquiries in a timely manner.
