Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs entry data and electronic transmissions to CBP and PGAs.
• Review invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with customs laws and documentation requirements.
• Communicate with importers, freight forwarders, carriers, and authorities to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and release for delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and assist with post-entry corrections and audits.
• Proactively communicate shipment status and compliance needs to internal teams and customers.
