JAS Forwarding USA is seeking a Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee import broker processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of entry staff in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage interactions with CBP, ISF, and other agencies, train staff, and support customers on classifications, valuations, and post-entry work while coordinating with dispatch to optimize freight movements and customer satisfaction.

Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and additional supply chain management services including consulting, coordination of purchase orders, and customized management services.
The Customs Brokerage Manager oversees import customs house broker processes and ensures compliance with U.S. laws and regulations, as well as JAS Forwarding operations procedures. This position is responsible for completion of all import and customs house broker transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
100% performed in a climate‑controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds. This position requires the employee to frequently work in a fluid, fast‑paced environment.

For this position, the pay range is $120,000–$135,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. This range represents the full compensation potential for this role, and the specific compensation offered to the selected candidate will be based on factors such as skills, experience, and other relevant qualifications. In addition to base salary, JAS Forwarding offers a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, vision, and health insurance, 401(k), bonuses (depending on role), etc.
