Coach is a global fashion house based in New York, seeking an Assistant Manager, Coach Services to evolve customization programs and drive personalized customer experiences across the global retail network.

The role combines creativity, operational leadership, and collaboration, delivering best-in-class customization and monogramming services, training store teams, and scaling programs with vendors and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management expertise in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Design, Retail Ops, Training, Product Development, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting retail operations or service-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal trend analysis and concept development for customization opportunities.
• Partner with Design to ideate and launch customization concepts and monogram offerings.
• Collaborate with Retail Training, Store Design, and field leadership to create deployment strategies.
• Deliver field training and coaching to store teams for scalable services.
• Evaluate concepts via pilots and assessments to ensure store readiness.
• Foster a connected store community through feedback and best practices sharing.
• Manage vendor partnerships and end-to-end processes for customization services.
• Develop training materials and service guidelines to ensure consistency across global retail.
