Job summary

Carvana in Las Vegas is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help redefine the car-buying journey. You will deliver vehicles to customers' doors using our car haulers and support a fast-paced, safety-conscious team.

Starting at $19 per hour, with a clear path to $21 depending on performance, the role offers weekly rotating days, 11am–9pm shifts, and growth opportunities, plus benefits like healthcare, 401(k) with match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Willing to work 11am–9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off.
• Able to obtain Notary within first 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with our car haulers (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto hauler and inspect equipment for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system.
• Maintain safe driving record and follow CMV Driver Qualification policy.
• Meet state licensing requirements (Notary, DMV systems) within specified timelines.
