Bupa Place (Salford Quays) is seeking a Customer Underwriting Advisor to support our UK Insurance team, helping customers understand cover, assess eligibility for claims, and provide expert guidance with professionalism and empathy. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week in an office setting with potential for hybrid working.

Salary starts at £28,200 per year, rising to £31,200 after two years, subject to performance.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers about claims and guide them through the process.
• Review medical questionnaires and reports to assess eligibility.

• Ensure cases are managed accurately within service levels.
• Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
