Legora, in the San Francisco office, is seeking a Customer Trust specialist to safeguard data, lead security questionnaires, and align AI-governance with customer needs. You will partner with Legal, Privacy, and Product to produce high-quality responses, maintain evidence repositories, and drive renewals with trust at the core.

You will own complex B2B inquiries, translate technical controls into clear customer answers, and help shape scalable processes for Legora’s global Trust function.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer trust, security GRC, security assurance, third-party risk, or related customer-facing security/compliance role.
• Owned complex, high-stakes B2B relationships with security/procurement/legal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate security and AI-governance controls into clear customer-ready answers.
• Pattern recognition to anticipate objections and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Own customer trust requests end-to-end: security questionnaires and RFP sections, delivering responses within SLAs.
• Answer AI-trust questions: data handling, subprocessors, data residency, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC frameworks.
• Communicate Legora's posture clearly to CISOs, GCs, and procurement teams.
• Master Legora's platform, controls, and AI supply chain to resolve trust questions.
• Run trust portal and evidence repository, keep reports and DPAs current.
• Review security/contract terms with Legal to land them without slowing deals.
• Build reusable responses and automate questionnaires.
• Drive improvements and close gaps with cross-functional teams.
• Support audits and security reviews with precision.
• Shape the function as an early team member.
