Job description

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Trust Analyst at Everpure, you will act as the crucial security bridge between enterprise customers and our internal teams, directly accelerating sales cycles and instilling confidence in our platform. You will elevate Everpure’s security posture by transforming complex technical compliance standards into compelling trust assets during high-stakes deal evaluations. Partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Product Security, and Engineering, you will resolve customer risk concerns, demystify technical architecture, and streamline due diligence. Ultimately, your work turns security into a powerful competitive differentiator that drives seamless customer acquisition and long-term partnership trust.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Accelerate Customer Security Due Diligence: Own and execute the customer security evaluation lifecycle—answering technical inquiries, questionnaires, and audit requests to eliminate security friction in the sales pipeline and accelerate deal closure.
  • Curate & Expand Customer Trust Assets: Manage and continuously optimize Everpure’s customer-facing Trust Center and artifact portal, ensuring high quality, transparency, and immediate accessibility for SOC reports, ISO certifications, penetration test summaries, and security whitepapers.
  • Serve as Cross-Functional Security Liaison: Partner directly with Engineering, Product Management, Legal, and Compliance to translate intricate technical details into clear, business-oriented responses that satisfy strict enterprise security and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Process Efficiency & Scalability: Build, maintain, and automate reusable response libraries and trust platforms to continuously reduce questionnaire turnaround times and elevate standard response quality across all go-to-market engagements.
  • Advocate for Customer Trust Needs: Track recurring security inquiry trends and audit feedback to identify process enhancements, advocating for customer security priorities within internal product and security roadmaps.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Trust, GRC, Information Security, Security Assurance, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Information Security & Governance: Understanding of core cybersecurity concepts, cloud security architectures, and enterprise security frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR, preferred.
  • Technical Communication & Writing: Ability to synthesize technical controls, system architectures, and security policies into clear, impactful, customer-facing messaging for enterprise security teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage technical evaluations under tight deadlines by coordinating effectively with cross-functional partners across Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Security.
  • Analytical Problem Solving & Quality Focus: Meticulous attention to detail and sharp analytical skills to evaluate complex security questionnaires, contract terms, and compliance artifacts to ensure precise, high-impact responses.
  • Bonus Skill - Emerging Tech & AI Automation: Proficiency with generative AI applications or workflow automation solutions to further optimize trust operations is highly desirable.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
