Your Role as a Manager in Solution Architecture

You will bridge complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions, understanding requirements and designing effective architectures that align with business goals. Your guidance will influence technical decisions and strategic recommendations to advance client objectives.

Skills and Attributes

• Expertise in Salesforce platform solutioning and configuration.
• Experience with custom development, data migration, and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and complex problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of Salesforce implementation experience, leading teams of 5+.
• 3+ years of Salesforce technical architecture experience.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (Java or C#), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees in relevant fields.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect and System Architect.
• Additional cloud or industry-specific certifications.
