Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of 5+.
• 3+ years leading development teams.
• 2+ years of Salesforce technical architecture experience.
• 5+ years programming experience (Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML).
• 3+ years with Force.com platform, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Mathematics; Master’s preferred.
• Salesforce Application and System Architect Certifications.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Trailhead Ranger rank.
