The opportunity

Role overview

As a Salesforce.com Solution Architect, you will lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, managing all project phases from discovery to deployment. You will serve as the primary client contact to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures impacting your immediate work area and broader business functions.
• Use judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria to achieve results.

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading discussions at all levels.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, including end-to-end implementations and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, APIs, and customization tools.
• Ability to lead solution design, identify gaps, and work with developers on custom requirements.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Preferred qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• Prior consulting experience and additional certifications.
