The opportunity

Role Description

Salesforce.com Solution Architects drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, managing all project phases from discovery to deployment. As a Manager, you will bridge complex business problems with innovative technical solutions, guiding technical decisions to align with business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures affecting your work area and broader business functions.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for results.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead discussions at all levels.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, including end-to-end implementations and integrations.
• Deep technical expertise with Salesforce platform, APIs, and customization tools.
• Ability to lead solution design, identify gaps, and work with developers on specifications.
• Strong project management skills to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Risk management and change management capabilities.
• Knowledge in Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Complex Problem-Solving.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with team leadership.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields; Master's preferred.
• Additional certifications and consulting experience are highly valued.
