Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements translating into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You should have a strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with an emphasis on quality and risk management. Your research skills and ability to apply best practices will be key to driving innovation.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions and manage configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within scope of work.
• Exercise sound judgment in methods and criteria for results.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Controlling, focusing on Product Costing, including Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order strategies. In-depth knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, and integration points with other modules like Material Management, Production Planning, and Financial Accounting. Exposure to FICO modules is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams, with experience in hybrid delivery models preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP modules such as S4HANA SAP FICO, PP, or MM.
• Ability to research client inquiries, industry practices, and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing functional specifications and configuring systems.
• Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, and emotional agility skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% based on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications, such as P_S4FIN SAP Certified Professional.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations and cross-functional team leadership.
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience in accounting are a plus.
