As a Customer Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering secure, reliable control systems that support utility and industrial customers across North America. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping project teams navigate evolving cybersecurity requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations while ensuring our advanced power quality solutions remain protected and compliant. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal cybersecurity specialists, engineering teams, and global colleagues to design, implement, verify, and continuously improve cybersecurity controls for advanced control, SCADA, HMI, and network environments. You will stay current on cybersecurity regulations, security advisories, and industry best practices, translating technical requirements into practical solutions that strengthen system resilience and project success. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative FACTS technologies that help utilities modernize power systems, improve grid reliability, and support the energy transition. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
