Job summary

Mr. Appliance of Central New Jersey in Jamesburg is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle calls, schedule repair visits, respond to emails, and assist customers with empathy. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

This Monday–Friday role offers a daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, plus benefits after 90 days. Strong communication, reliability and basic data-entry skills are valued; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly voice and clear communication skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Previous call center or office experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and help customers with empathy
• Schedule in-home repair appointments with our trained technicians
• Respond to customer emails and texts
• Confirm appointments and keep customers updated
• Order and receive parts
• Enter information into our scheduling software
