Job summary

Amynta Group is hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative II (Call Center Rep) at our Hunt Valley, MD location. The compensation is $18.50 per hour with possible overtime opportunities.

This full-time role supports title document requests via email and phone and requires strong communication and organizational skills. Essential duties include handling title-related inquiries, interacting with clients and DMV contacts, and processing title transactions while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
2–4 years Call Center experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work with multiple clients and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

Listen and respond professionally to calls and emails regarding title issues.
Interact with clients, auto dealers, DMV representatives to resolve inquiries.
Maintain multiple client requirements for several clients simultaneously.
Process title transactions within the full title management scope (releases, pulls, corrections, duplicates).
Review account and title histories and provide updates to clients (title status, resets, billing).
Work on exception accounts and determine root causes for resolution.
Handle escalated follow-up and situational accounts.
