As a Customer Support Specialist I, you will identify and resolve basic issues, document resolutions, and grow your ability to troubleshoot software, networks, databases, and operating systems in an inbound service role.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL-based data and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows OS/Windows Server environments.
• General accounting and/or bookkeeping experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Resolves basic customer issues with Vertafore products in inbound service.
• Handles calls, chats, emails and cases with standard procedures.
• Educates customers to enable self-serve for recurring issues.
• Applies product knowledge from training to support client needs under guidance.
• Tracks problems to identify trends and coordinates with internal teams.
• Assists peers in performing similar customer support duties.
